Made entirely of AISI 304 3mm steel, the tank carries a first cleaning of tomatoes, mud and gravel by a system of doors and scrapers. The mud ejection is the side of the engine, while the gravel ejection is on the other side. Once cleaned, the tomato is transported to a conveyor with the aid of a water jet. Like all Digama machines, separation tanks are made in compliance with CE standards, and equipped with safety protection in moving parts and inspection doors.
