r\u00e9hydratation, de l\u2019\u00e9chaudage \u00e0 la st\u00e9rilisation, du refroidissement au conditionnement, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la palettisation.<br \/>\n<\/span><span sec qui asservisse bien 10 cuves de r\u00e9hydratation, atteignant un volume total de traitement de 30.000 kg de l\u00e9gumes secs;<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.meccanicadigama.com\/fr\/blancher-per-legumi\/\"><strong>Blancher<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0pour le coup de soleil \u00e0 90 mi. des l\u00e9gumineuses, qui garantit la bonne st\u00e9rilisation<\/strong>\u00a0avec bassins de refroidissement et syst\u00e8me de rangement ult\u00e9rieur;<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><strong>Convoyeurs<\/strong>\u00a0et\u00a0<strong>\u00e9l\u00e9vateurs magn\u00e9tiques<\/strong>\u00a0pour le transfert des bo\u00eetes;<br \/>\n<\/span><span
