In the past, the company used a traditional palletizer that, unfortunately, proved to be limited in production capacity and required the use of 3 or more operators to manage the entire process.<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the introduction of a new <b>automatic palletizer<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, designed by Digama, the production flow has been completely revolutionized, ensuring greater efficiency and reduced operating costs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>KUKA anthropomorphic robots: advanced automation<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After a thorough analysis of Sica&#8217;s specific needs, Digama designed an advanced solution that revolutionized the production flow, significantly improving operational efficiency. The new machine is equipped with two KUKA anthropomorphic robots, which perform specific tasks to optimize the palletizing process of 3 kg boxes. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The first robot is responsible for picking up the layers of boxes, while the second one is responsible for picking up the interlayers, thanks to two independent magazines for feeding the interlayers themselves.
